Trex Strikes Havana Gold

Trex Transcend's Havana Gold adds a warm, golden hue to the Transcend Tropical collection

We kicked off our 2014 decking season with the introduction of a new silvery shade called Island Mist and we’re bringing the year to a radiant close with Havana Gold, a golden hue to add to our popular Trex Transcend® Tropical collection.

The warm glimmer of Havana Gold offers yet another distinctive choice for those of you looking to customize your outdoor living space, delivering a rich, exotic aesthetic without the maintenance or environmental impact of using hardwoods sourced from the tropical rainforests.

Havana Gold is a natural addition to the Trex Transcend Tropical collection

Havana Gold joins nine other rich Transcend colors, including the tropical tones that feature subtle shading, natural variations and hardwood-like striations – Island Mist (silvery shade), Spiced Rum (earthy umber), Lava Rock (reddish-black) and Tiki Torch (light brown). The full range includes our classic colors – Tree House (warm earth tone), Vintage Lantern (deep-burnished bronze), Fire Pit (spicy red), Gravel Path (pristine grey) and Rope Swing (a light taupe). Each Trex Transcend decking color is designed to coordinate seamlessly with Trex Transcend railing.

Like all of our tropical tones, Havana Gold features realistic wood grains engineered right in to the board, which deliver a deeper, more natural appearance and a low-sheen luster that will last for years to come.

Trex is pleased to add what may be our most organic hue to the already popular Transcend collection. Havana Gold’s understated tone is poised to be a customer favorite.
