From the plants that manufacture our products to the break rooms in our offices, establishing safe workspaces for our employees is a top priority.

Spurred by the increasing complexity of our operations, we further invested in our EH&S organizational structure in 2024 to address the company’s evolving requirements with deeper expertise and targeted resources. We continued to strengthen our safety training for new employees.


We offer robust healthcare benefits and wellness support to help our team members thrive — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our company-wide Wellness Program helps employees be proactive about their well-being with biometric health screenings and preventive check-ups.

We invest in skill-building and continuing education at all levels to help our people achieve their professional goals. Our Tuition Reimbursement Program encourages full-time employees to pursue Associate’s, Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, or select vocational and technical degrees and certificates.

Ongoing Improvement

Company leaders take daily walks through our production facilities to observe current practices and identify opportunities to continuously improve workplace safety. In 2024, we conducted several internal audits at various Trex facilities based on the 5S Lean Principles.

At Trex, we’re committed to helping our team members grow, develop new skills, and reach their career goals. In 2024, we expanded the array of leadership development, role based training, and self-guided learning opportunities available to employees.
